Officers and Committee Chairs for July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 Grand Knight - Edward L. Wilds Jr. - The Grand Knight serves as the CEO of the local council, and is responsible for the execution of all council programs. Deputy Grand Knight - William P. Macnamara III - The Deputy Grand Knight is second in command to the Grand Knight, and must be able to lead the council in the Grand Knight's absence. Chancellor - Thomas F. Burkart - The Chancellor assists the Deputy Grand Knight in the execution of his duties, and oversees council activities in the absence of the Grand Knight and Deputy Grand Knight. Typically, the Chancellor chairs the Admissions Committee. Treasurer - Patrick J. McLaughlin - The Treasurer is responsible for keeping and maintaining records of all council funds and accounts. Financial Secretary - Michael T. Charron - The Financial Secretary is responsible for maintaining all of the council's membership and financial records. In addition to receiving all dues and funds that come to the council, he is in charge of ordering supplies, and making sure that all pertinent membership information is forwarded to the Supreme Council. Recorder - Robert E. Molloy - The Recorder is responsible for taking and maintaining minutes of all meetings of the council. Advocate - John Brady - The Advocate is the legal representative of the council. As such, he is expected to have a thorough knowledge of the council's by-laws and the laws of the Order. Lecturer - Garry L. Beausoleil - Charged with undertaking activities that are either eduactional or entertaining in nature, and is responsible for the "Good of the Order." Warden - John W. Lambert - The Warden is the keeper of any personal property owned by the council, except for the property maintained by the Recorder, Financial Secretary, and Treasurer. The Warden is in charge of setting up the council chambers for meetings and ceremonials. The Warden also has charge over the council Guards.  Inside and Outside Guards - Howard J. Raymond and Melvin T. Davis, respectively - The Guards answer to the Warden, and are responsible to make sure that all persons attending any meetings or ceremonials are in possession of a current membership card. Trustees - Michael G. Schaefer Sr., PGK (1-year); Charles P. Ferland (2-years) and Eugene A. Audet (3-years) - The Trustees help the Grand Knight to oversee the works of the Financial Secretary and Treasurer.
